Gateway’s Needy Animals Finally Receives 501(3)c

We have (finally) received our 501(3)c charity status!  This is great news for us and means we can really step up our fund raising and other efforts as a tax-exempt charity.  Hooray!

We will soon have a PayPal donation button on this site, a ChipIn with our longer-term plans in mind, and more.  One of our main near-term concerns is with our friends at Litl’ Bit of Love in Carpenter, WY who are struggling to keep their 30+ horses and mules fed along with the huge number of dogs and other animals out on their ranch.

With that in mind, we will be combining efforts with Litl’ Bit of Love (also a 501(3)c charity) and working together to meet Eastern Wyoming’s and Western Nebraska’s animal sanctuary, rescue, and related needs.

If you would like to help, please comment here, visit our About Us page for an address, or wait a few days for us to get our PayPal in order and on the site.  I will post an announcement to beg ask for your help when the PayPal donation button is in place.

Thank you for being a part of Gateways Needy Animals!

Monthly Meeting for November Canceled

The monthly meeting, set for tonight, has been canceled.  We have no plans for a public meeting in December, due to the holidays.  We will be holding a budget meeting for the annual corporate filing, which will be reported here.

At present, there are not many things going on because most of our volunteer staff and officers are busy with their families and holiday events.

So Happy Holidays and watch this space for more information.
